I went to the minor injuries as I couldn't bend my knee and could not go to work. When I finally got to see a nurse they were very good and pleasant she asked what had happened I told her I was not to sure think I may have nealt on something possibly when to bed and woke up with a limp could not bend my knee and its getting worse. I was told I'm not going to like this but they cant see me because I had not injured myself and I needed to go and see my GP or go to A&E at Doncaster so I'm at home with a knee I cant bend off work as I cant drive and working in Bristol so really a total waste of time and tax payers money. What happened to the days when you had a problem you got looked at and helped instead of pointing to some other department etc etc

You could start by dealing with minor injuries in the minor injuries department as stated above the door not sending them on to other departments like A&E I hadn't had an accident or emergency there busy enough that's why the system is not working

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clearly explained to me what was happening with my operation. The new Aurora centre was clean and bright

I have an open appointment at the Pain Clinic and every visit has been first class. I am treated exceptionally well. I have noticed that everyone is treated the same. The atmosphere at Mexborough Montague Hospital is outstanding. I used to be the security manager at DRI which included Montague hospital. Even then, the hospital was considered very good. Dr. Vemmer and his team deserve all the praise I can offer them!

Because there was a 4 hour wait and despite it saying on their website that it dealt with minor eye injuries we were told that we had to go to DRI as they didn’t have the equipment they needed to look on her eye. I had to go to DRI and wait 7 hrs for someone to look on her eye. Only positive thing is that he parking is good and the staff are nice.

Be very explicit on your website what you can or can’t offer in terms of service.
